I will be out of the office from Wednesday September 1st through Wednesday September 8th. We're headed to Charleston, South Carolina for a little r&r with my family. Lets just hope Hurricane Earl decides to head a different direction! I'll be posting lots and lots of shoots when I return--thank you for your patience! And because blog posts are more interesting with a photo, here is a shot the we snapped last month on our California trip--also, Jude's first flight. I'm hoping tomorrow's flight is as successful as this one:) (please excuse the poor quality...this was shot with my iPhone!)
To say that Holly and Ted had an amazing day would be an understatement. First of all, it was dark gloomy and rainy all morning, and then all of the sudden before our scheduled outdoor photos the sun miraculously appeared. Not sure what kind of superpowers Holly & Ted possess, but that was pretty incredible! Bloomington, Indiana is such a beautiful place, and IU's campus is such a wonderful place to photograph. Their reception was held at the Bloomington Convention Center, where all of their guests thoroughly enjoyed themselves. In fact, they had a TON of out-of-town guests. That just goes to show how special this couple is to so many people!

I know you all remember Kingsley and her fun and funky style. I've photographed her for the past year, and now she has a brand new baby sister named Sterling! Kingsley is a year and a half old, and Sterling is a newborn. Both girls are precious, and although once again we had some extreme heat to deal with, the lighting was awesome. I love these shots of the two little beauty queens.
Yep, this pretty much sums it up. Kingsley thinks this shoot is all about her:) So cute!
